Villa Butterfly is within a few minutes walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants, 4/5 minutes walk to the sea front and a 5/7 minute drive or local bus to the centre of Playa Blanca town.

This villa has been fully refurbished and extended in 2020 it is light and bright and has a modern homely feeling. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, sandwich toaster and washing machine.

Living room with 55″ flat TV which has a full package including all UK channels, sports and film channels, Wi-Fi is included within the villa.

Outside there is a large patio with six sun-lounger’s, 8m x 4m private swimming pool, Barbecue with dining table and chairs and a pool table for your enjoyment.

At the front of the villa there is another patio area with seating and views of Los Lobos and Fuerteventura.

On the first floor there is a large master bedroom with a King size bed and a view of Montana Roja, a second Bedroom with a double bed with balcony with fantastic sea views and on the ground floor there is a good sized twin bedroom.
